The Senior Business Development Manager is a highly visible and important front-line role. We are looking for an individual whose programmatic retargeting experience has given her or him a keen understanding of real-time bidding and a mastery of the full programmatic supply chain.
The ideal candidate has relevant sales experience at an Adtech platform or DSP. He or she enjoys networking at industry functions and staying current on the latest programmatic trends. The role requires sales intuition, the ability to think creatively, and collaborate with others in executing retargeting campaign deals. The successful candidate will have demonstrated a record of successful accomplishments in digital media sales and has strong knowledge of all facets of retargeting strategies.
- Plan and pursue revenue targets and collaborate cross-functionally with teams spanning product, sales, integrations and marketing.
- Identify and pursue new account and new business opportunities.
- Run sales presentations, product demos and trainings as part of the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Travel as necessary in support of business objectives (prospect/client meetings, conferences, events).
- Monitor customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.
- Proactively monitoring performance to identify further opportunities of increasing revenue as well as up-selling additional products.
- Provide regular reports and status updates to management and team members.
- Fluent in English spoken and written.
- 2 years of related experience in programmatic advertising, preferably across verticals.
- Track record of successfully managing retargeting campaigns and building new customer portfolios.
- Growth mindset: willing to take risks, ask questions and take ownership of activities and the according results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Superb communicator and service-oriented attitude.
- Highly motivated to work for a growth business, and aware of the difference relative to working for a large corporate company.
